§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that:

    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. retaining documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving service quality – asking you to complete a survey or answer several questions about service quality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalised commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
